Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us via email - info@bull-it.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note if you are eligible for a return, whether it be an exchange or warranty case, your return postage will not be covered. There are no exceptions to this.

Once your return is with us, it can take up to 5 working days to process through.

You can always contact us for any return questions at info@bull-it.com.

If you are eligible for a return the following address should be used:

Returns, Covec Ltd, Unit 3 Flanders Park, Flanders Road, SO30 2FZ, Hedge End

If you live or shopped outside of the UK, please refer to our guide when declaring customs paperwork. https://www.bull-it.com/pages/international-returns

Damages and issues
If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately so we are able to amend this. We will do our best to quickly exchange the item for another product of equal value. Failing this you will be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item within the same 30 day window.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Returns
International returns remain a key part of our service, allowing customers worldwide to send items back securely, with clear instructions and hassle-free processing for a smooth shopping experience.

When declaring your international return, grab the invoice number and date, then mark the customs paperwork clearly with the following:-

  • "Returned Goods Relief - originally exported from the UK on [invoice date] under invoice [invoice number].
  • Use the UK commodity code for returned goods - this is typically "9919 00 00" under the tariff system.
  • Declare the value as "For customs purposes only - no commercial value".

If your goods are sent back incorrectly and are held by UK customs, we will not be responsible for the fees incurred.
