International Returns
International returns remain a key part of our service, allowing customers worldwide to send items back securely, with clear instructions and hassle-free processing for a smooth shopping experience.
When declaring your international return, grab the invoice number and date, then mark the customs paperwork clearly with the following:-
- "Returned Goods Relief - originally exported from the UK on [invoice date] under invoice [invoice number].
- Use the UK commodity code for returned goods - this is typically "9919 00 00" under the tariff system.
- Declare the value as "For customs purposes only - no commercial value".
If your goods are sent back incorrectly and are held by UK customs, we will not be responsible for the fees incurred.
